Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and brand visibility.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

LeadGeneration & Student Recruitment

• Generate quality leads and enquiries through digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, and social media advertising.

Content & Social Media Management

• Create and oversee engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Manage the institute's social media presence and online reputation.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators where required.

Website & SEO

• Maintain and update the institute's website to ensure accuracy and user-friendliness.
• Updating of website to adhere to the latest Edutrust framework.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare regular marketing reports for management.

Compliance

• Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with relevant Singapore regulations, including PEI advertising guidelines and data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Involvement for Edutrust renewals and compliance.

Others

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in the education sector or student recruitment will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead multiple team members and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Role Overview

This role is to lead business development efforts and drive innovation in Company’s cybersecurity landscape. This hybrid role blends consultative sales, CREST-accredited penetration testing, and the promotion of AI- and RPA-enhanced cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored technical solutions, and champion automation-driven security transformation across regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Consulting

• Identify and engage target clients across financial services, healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity offerings, including AI-powered threat detection and RPA-enabled audit automation.

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

• Conduct client needs assessments and propose cybersecurity solutions aligned with Company’s regulatory frameworks (PDPA, MAS TRM).

Technical Delivery & Penetration Testing

• Perform penetration testing (VAPT) across web, mobile, cloud, and infrastructure environments, ensuring CREST standards are met.

• Generate detailed technical and executive-level reports with risk analysis and actionable remediation guidance.

• Collaborate with pentesters and technical teams to deliver client engagements and integrate findings into tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Requirements:

Experience:

Certifications:

Technical Skills:

Penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security audits

Tools & Platforms:
