Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, cups, beer towers, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and hygienically.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning (floors, counters, sinks).
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation when required.

· Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;

· Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints

· Karaoke room allocation and arrangement

· Register all check-in customers

· Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift

· Maintain a safe and clean environment

· Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work

· Communicate effectively with team members and management

· Ensure a neat and tidy appearance

· All other ad-hoc duties assigned by outlet manager

· Preferably 2-year working experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent

· Proactive and good communication skills

Job description:

• Oversee outlet’s daily business operations
• Lead, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
• Monitor and control expenses according to allotted budget
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Prepare and complete action plans; meet customer-service standards
• Leading the team members to deliver the highest quality of service to the guests
• Responsible for the profitability of the outlet and preparing weekly reports for the management
• Handle escalated complaints and report all issues and complaints to the company
• Performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day to day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support
• Make hiring and terminations recommendations to management
• Conduct weekly meeting with supervisor & team members

Required skills and qualifications:

• At least five or more years of proven success in an operations management role preferrable service line filed
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
• Knowledge of business process and functions and outstanding leadership skills
• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
• Good decision-making skills and response to high pressure situations

Minimum of 6 consecutive months commitment

One time sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 consecutive months of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times

· Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.

· Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas

· Ensure that guests received attention at all times

· Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest

· Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food

· Perform general basic service

· Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Minimum O-level education

· Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented

· Cheerful, independent and self-motivated

· Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
