Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Management & Governance:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, coordination, and on-site delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure events are aligned to business objectives and delivered smoothly
• Develop and manage content across channels (e.g. digital, social, internal communications)
• Support video content creation, including ideation, scripting, editing and production of videos
• Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to enhance content creation, efficiency, and reach
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management and execution (end-to-end)
• Strong interest and passion for events and brand experiences
• Good understanding of digital marketing and content creation, including video
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in marketing and creative production tools such as Canva, Premier Pro, Capcut etc.
• Strong organisational and project management skills

4. Cultural & Lifestyle Campaigns

• Translate cultural moments and global LEGO campaigns into locally relevant retail experiences for Singapore audiences
• Coordinate collaborations and partnership activations

• Support event logistics and operational planning

5. Commercial Performance

• Understand how marketing and customer experience activity supports retail performance including traffic, conversion, basket size, and repeat visitation

• Support initiatives that contribute to measurable store performance

6. Marketing Function Leadership

• Provide direction, prioritisation, and leadership across the company’s marketing activities
• Manage and support the Senior Marketing Executive across campaign execution, social media, digital marketing, and operational coordination
• Oversee marketing planning and prioritisation across campaigns, activations, launches, and seasonal initiatives
