Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Specialist to join the Site Quality team supporting biologics manufacturing operations. This role will focus on Quality Management Systems (QMS), document control, archival strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements across site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain site Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards

• Lead and support document control activities, including review, approval, and lifecycle management of GMP documentation

• Develop, implement, and optimize document archival strategies and systems (physical and electronic) to ensure data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance

• Author, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation in alignment with site and global standards

• Support and manage change control processes, ensuring timely assessment, impact evaluation, and closure in line with quality requirements

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site quality systems, identifying gaps and implementing process enhancements

• Ensure compliance with data integrity principles (ALCOA+) and support inspection readiness activities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and QC teams to ensure alignment of quality processes with operational needs

• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, including preparation, documentation review, and response to observations

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA staff on QMS processes and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within biopharmaceutical / biologics manufacturing environments

• Strong hands-on experience in QMS, document control, SOP authoring, change control, and archival/document management systems

• Good understanding of cGMP regulations (FDA, EMA, PIC/S) and data integrity requirements

• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audit readiness

• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl, etc.) is an advantage

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional environments

Role:

You will be facilitating immigration work, mainly on Singapore Permanent Resident and Singapore Citizenship applications. You will be responsible to develop and maintain the most up-to-date knowledge in Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies to offer high-quality service to our clients with a keen eye for detail to perform with high work accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manages immigration applications for clients relating to Singapore Citizenship and other applications etc

• Liaise effectively and work closely with clients on the required documents to ensure all documents are furnished for submission

• Advise clients on accurate documentation and provide advisory to them based on a deep understanding of Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies

• Understand clients’ backgrounds and write cover letters to best present their profiles

• Ensure high work accuracy is delivered in all applications to the government bodies

• Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service

• Attend to clients' queries and the completion of the formalities during and after post-submission within Company’s response time

• Updating and maintaining respective tracking sheets accurately in an organized and timely manner

Requirements

• Minimally Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics or equivalent

• Strong communication skills with Chinese client and good written English skills

• Prior client management experience is required

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in customer facing & handling large volume of document . Client and project management experience is a plus

• No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

• Good time management skills & must be able to handle a high volume of digital documents

• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 9am - 6.30pm ( Hybrid Available )

Job Description:

• Review, prepare and check all incoming & outgoing Quality data eCOAs compliance to customers’ specifications (impurities USL, UCL, STC) create & upload compliance for customers. Ensure all eCOAs are uploaded prior to delivery & obtain approval from customers.

• Prepare, complete and follow up on all Audit Checklists required by customers and with internal & external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers) to achieve the required outcome.

• Involve and prepare ISO certification documentations, SOP, WI, checklists for ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 renewal & surveillance audits every year. This would require working with internal & external stakeholders to achieve the required outcome.

• Attend to all quality-related complaints and prepare reports for customers and internal review.

• Review all incoming Quality data compliance for raw materials before handing over to Operations, follow up with internal stakeholders & with suppliers.

• Work with internal & external stakeholders for all Quality data/reports preparation to meet customers’ & suppliers’ requirements.

• Attend to all quality-related audits (internal & external) and investigate root causes, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate and work closely with internal stake holders example, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse and Maintenance teams, to enhance overall operations quality capabilities and reduce complaints. This is to help in the optimisation of processes, procedures, and material flow in our facility and warehouse, focusing on material handling, storage, shipping, receiving, inventory and returns.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement is a Diploma in Quality or an associated relevant field.
