Responsibilities:
• Preparation and submission of Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for each project and workshop.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) rules, regulations, and safe work practices among workers.
• Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Prepare, maintain, and update all safety documentation, reports, and records.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure safety compliance throughout project execution.
• Manage and ensure compliance with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Take responsibility for ISO implementation, internal audits, external audits, and certification renewals.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation, procedures, and records in line with certification requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and consultants during ISO audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor project operations to ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and environmental requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Candidate must possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Coordinator).
• Knowledge or experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation and audits is required.
• Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and WSH Act.
• Other WSH-related certifications will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Fluent in English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between multiple project site
