• Estimating quantity as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions.
• Coordinate with the site construction team and Engineering department to finalize and certify the actual physical work done at the site to facilitate subcontractor payments.
• Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings, and Specifications.
• Ensure quantity take off QS Team are within the company standards and project requirements and scheduled Scope are available in the system for Monitoring.
• Monitoring of field design changes as per site conditions and STQ and processing of Subcontractor work payments.
• Monitoring quantity of material received by material controller, issued, and used at site by subcontractor to facilitate weekly progress.
• Evaluations of Site Instruction with Planned cost in comparison to original approved contract scope of work and identify difference in scope of works and subsequently finalize the site instruction with Planned cost and submit to through by Cost control and get approval by Company.
• Ensure that the subcontractor submits a new price If activity is not included in original scope of works and subsequently process the new price for evaluation and approval from management.

• Provide site supervision for assigned projects and execute as outlined by BCA regulations and report to project QP and Project Engineers.

• Work closely with contractors regarding work schedules, progress, quality, site safety, and quality control.

• Ensure that contractor activities align with drawings, specifications, approved methods, and schedules.

• Liaise with relevant authorities and local communities regarding on-site activities.

• Provide feedback and reports to the Consultant on project progress, highlighting safety, supervision, security, construction, maintenance, and improvement areas.

Job Description & Requirements

Min 2 years experience in drafting and/or BIM
- Singapore exeperience a must
- Capable of updating multi-system module and services- Knowledge of CAD,Revit, CSD and RCP drawings
- Preparation of 2D and 3D drawings for BIM
- Redesign drawings based on required mark-ups and specifications
- Understanding of M&E components and services
- Prepare and update of shop drawigsm schematic, detail drawing, penetrationdrawing, as built and section drawing

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and ensure corporate compliance.

To support ongoing infrastructure and building projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate BIM models and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D BIM Modelling:
  Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit.
• Technical Drafting & Documentation:
  Prepare high-quality 2D shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordination & Clash Detection:
  Conduct model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks, ensuring timely identification and resolution of design conflicts.
• Standards & Compliance:
  Ensure all models and drawings comply with company standards, project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Singapore BCA submission requirements.
• Data & Model Management:
  Manage and coordinate model exchanges through Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and project efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience:
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller or Drafter within the construction or engineering industry.
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
• Software Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Educational Background:
  Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, including BCA, HDB, or LTA standards, is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills:
  Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
