Responsibilities

·Issue customer invoices and manage the billing cycle, including billing submission, cashcollection, payment follow-up, account reconciliation, and related processes.

Our company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing project activities, ensuring that works are completed on time, within scope, and according to the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Service Operations Assistant is the backbone of the service department, ensuring that field engineers have the parts and certified tools they need for daily operations. This is a versatile role that combines inventory management, technical equipment maintenance, and administrative procurement support, alongside ensuring the service facility remains a clean and professional workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store & Inventory Management

• Manage the service store inventory, including receiving, picking, packing, and labeling of spare parts.
• Prepare "job kits" for Field Service Engineers daily to ensure they have all necessary components before heading to customer sites.
• Conduct regular stock-takes and monitor inventory levels to initiate timely replenishment requests.
• Support the main warehouse team with the physical loading and unloading of cargo and general movement of stock.

2. Equipment Maintenance & Calibration

• Act as the custodian for all engineer testing and measurement equipment, maintaining a master register of all assets.
• Maintenance & Repair: Responsible for the general maintenance and basic technical repair of testing equipment (e.g., checking battery health, replacing fuses, and ensuring mechanical integrity).
• Calibration Program: Coordinate external calibration schedules with third-party labs and ensure all equipment is within its valid certification period.
• Maintain meticulous records of calibration certificates and "As-Found/As-Left" data for audit readiness.

3. Facility Upkeep & Housekeeping

• Area Cleaning: Take daily ownership of the cleanliness and organization of the service department, workshop area, and service store.
• Ensure the workspace is free of clutter and compliant with safety standards.
• Support general facility maintenance and address minor building-related needs.

4. Administrative & Procurement Support

• Convert supplier quotes into internal Purchase Requests (PR) and manage the progress of these requests through to delivery.
• Assist in updating service documentation, manuals, and digital records as required by the service manager.

Requirements

• Education: ITE Nitec or Diploma in an Engineering, Logistics
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, store, or technical service environment.
• Technical Skills: * Basic "hands-on" mechanical or electrical aptitude to perform minor repairs on tools.

SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties:

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. · Field service support for Esco products

· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time

The Scope

You will be part of Esco Aster’s Engineering team and contribute to the overall site mission and objectives. You will support the operation and maintenance of all clean and black utilities, water system, HVAC and various facilities equipment including fire protection systems. This position will involve the startup phase, supporting coordination with the engineering firms on the design and construction of the facility, and ensuring installations comply with safety guidelines, design intent and quality standards.

·Support plant utilities operation and facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical system, water system, infrastructure services) in accordance with regulatory guidelines and good engineering practices.

·Assist in ensuring continuous utilities operation to support plant activities.

·Execute maintenance and operation activities, including work prioritization, in compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety requirements.

·Familiarity with systems such as chiller systems, cooling towers, compressed air, diesel generators, cold rooms, process gases, water systems (DI/WFI), steam, and wastewater treatment.

·Working knowledge of HVAC, central plant utility systems, Building management systems (BMS), Environment monitoring system (EMS) and cleanroom technology.

·Familiarity with GxP requirements for routine utilities and facility operations.

·Exposure to startup, commissioning, and qualification activities is an advantage.

·Basic understanding of CMMS systems (master data setup, work order execution, PM scheduling, spare parts management and tracking is an added advantage.
