Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work for Hall opening and closing operation hours
• Help customers settle down and advise on the ordering system
• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner

• Clean tables after customers have left and clear empty/unwanted dishes
• Assist kitchen staff whenever required

As a Junior Chef / Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in:

• Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Supporting plating and presentation according to brand standards

Job scope:

Training & Development

• Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, including slides and SOP documentation

Attendance & Workforce Administration

• Monitor, maintain and follow up with daily staff attendance, shift records, and leave tracking

Onboarding, offboarding & Employee Setup
