External Audit & Compliance

• Support the external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries in a timely manner
• Ensure accounts are maintained in an audit-ready state throughout the year

Operations Oversight

• Support the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day finance operations (AP, GL, etc.)
• Review financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and controls
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Process Improvement & Digitalisation

• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support finance transformation and digitalisation projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Full Set Finance
• Well versed in SAP Hana S4
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Design and execute integrated risk frameworks to ensure consistency across the organization.

• Deliver expert guidance on regulatory changes and internal policy alignment for various business units.

• Oversee the end-to-end risk lifecycle for external partnerships and service providers.

• Conduct independent evaluations of technology related risks, and data protection controls.

• Analyze key risk indicators to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Skills and experience required

The successful candidate should demonstrate a meticulous approach to risk management and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, evolving financial services landscape.

• At least 6 years of professional experience in risk management, internal audit, or regulatory compliance in the financial services sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory standards pertaining to operational risk, ideally in outsourcing or technology risk.

• Demonstrated expertise in executing risk-based assurance reviews and assessing internal control effectiveness.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration across different business functions.
