About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Clinic Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to join our team.
This is a key front-facing role within the clinic, responsible for managing daily operations at the front desk and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every patient. You will work closely with our clinical team to support patient flow and overall clinic efficiency.
What You’ll Do
• Greet patients, manage check-ins, and handle payments accurately
• Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and patient enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Handle daily administrative tasks including patient records and follow-ups
• Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed or pending bookings
• Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and clinic environment
• Support the team with general clinic operations and administrative duties
Who We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (clinic experience preferred)
• Warm, professional, and confident in a patient-facing role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and manage a busy reception independently
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and clinic software
• Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of responsibilities
Working Schedule
• 5 days per week (full-time role)
• Option for 2 consecutive days off each week
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Candidates available for both Saturday and Sunday will be preferred
• Greater flexibility for weekend shifts will be reflected in compensation
