Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead and oversee our Network Managed Services operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a solid background in IT service management, and proven experience managing both services and people.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• Proven experience managing Network Managed Services operations.
• Demonstrated people management experience leading a team of at least 10 engineers.
• Strong background in network infrastructure and operational management.
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations, with standby support responsibilities for escalations and incidents.
• ITIL Certification is mandatory.

As we expand our programmes and student intake, we are hiring part-time/full-time Sales Representatives to drive enrolment growth. The role works closely with our centre operations team and includes a part-time front desk/parent liaison component to ensure a smooth customer journey and strong retention.

Role Overview

This is a sales-focused role responsible for driving student enrolment through lead conversion, outreach, and pipeline management. You will represent the centre to parents and students via walk-ins, calls/WhatsApp, events, and community outreach, while supporting front desk operations and parent communications.

You will earn a competitive basic salary plus commission, including on-target commission of approximately $24,000, with unlimited upside based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

1) Direct Sales & Student Enrolment

• Achieve monthly enrolment targets across the centre’s programmes.
• Convert inbound enquiries and warm leads through consultative selling and clear programme recommendations.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Present programme information (class formats, schedules, suitability, learning plans), address objections, and close enrolments.

2) Outreach & Lead Generation

• Support and participate in recruitment activities such as open houses, trial class promotions, school/community outreach, and recruitment events.
• Proactively generate leads through referrals, partnerships, community touchpoints, and local marketing initiatives.
• Provide on-the-ground feedback to improve marketing messages and lead quality.

3) Sales Pipeline & Follow-up Management

• Maintain a structured sales pipeline: lead tracking, follow-up cadence, conversion updates, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate records of enquiries, next steps, and outcomes in the centre’s tracking tools/CRM.
• Prepare regular updates on pipeline health and conversion performance.

4) Admissions, Onboarding & Front Desk (Part-time Component)

• Coordinate onboarding from registration to first lesson: class placement, scheduling, and parent communications.
• Liaise with parents on queries, lesson arrangements, and student progress updates (in coordination with teachers).
• Monitor service quality: feedback collection, parent experience, and basic checks on teacher delivery standards (with management oversight).
• Support smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident / Long-term local resident.
• Minimum Diploma qualification; Degree is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles (education sales, training sales, retail sales, corporate outreach, or similar).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Target-driven, confident with follow-ups, and comfortable handling objections and closing.
• Able to work on weekends for recruitment events (time-off provided).

3）销售跟进与管道管理

• 维护清晰的销售跟进流程：记录线索、安排跟进节奏、更新转化情况并定期汇报。
• 在中心的表格/CRM 工具里准确记录咨询信息、下一步动作和结果。
• 定期更新销售进度与管道情况，确保跟进有节奏、有效率。

4）报名入学衔接 + 前台支持（部分工作）

• 协助家长从报名到第一堂课的衔接：配对/分班、排课安排、入学沟通等。
• 回应家长关于课程安排、学习情况的咨询（与老师配合沟通）。
• 关注服务质量：收集反馈、跟进家长体验，并在管理层指导下做基础的教学服务检查。
• 在安排的时段内，协助前台日常工作顺利进行。

任职要求

• 新加坡公民 / 永久居民 / 长期本地居民。
• 至少大专学历；本科更佳。
• 1–2 年销售或客户服务经验（教育/培训销售、零售销售、企业外拓等相关经验都可以）。

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support professional to join a dynamic service desk team. This role serves as the primary human escalation channel for end users when automated self-service or virtual agent solutions require additional intervention.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering responsive support, maintaining service quality standards, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance resolution efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, collaboration platforms, and ITSM portals
• Take ownership of tickets escalated from AI-driven support tools and ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot issues related to user access, authentication, Microsoft 365 applications, VPN connectivity, endpoint software, and general network access
• Accurately log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests within the ITSM system
• Monitor support queues and proactively manage workload to prevent SLA breaches
• Escalate complex cases to relevant resolver teams, vendors, or onsite support when required
• Utilize AI-assisted capabilities such as automated summaries, knowledge recommendations, and guided workflows
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of IT Service Desk experience (3–5+ years for senior level consideration)

• Basic understanding of Unix or Linux environments is advantageous
