Educational Level:

• Diploma holders of construction sector fields.
• Safety Certificates ( Safety Supervisor, Work At Height Manager, etc)
• Motorbike Driving License is required.

Work Experience:

• Fresh Grads Welcomed.
• Experience in the Painting, Waterproofing or Epoxy Flooring will be advantageous.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in AUTOCAD application

• Planning:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and create budgets.
• Execution:Coordinate and lead the project team, allocate resources efficiently, and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Monitoring and Control:Track project progress against the plan, manage the budget, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as needed.
• Communication:Act as the primary point of contact, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and issues.
• Closure:Ensure all project goals are met and conduct a project review to evaluate performance and document lessons learned.

Responsibilities 

• Develop partnership agreements with external partners to develop new channels of distribution. 

• Engage individuals to be distributors of the company investment products by joining the client's Associate Program. 

• Responsible to maintain long-term relationships with the referrals and clients.  

• Act as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues.  

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to keep up-to-date on their investments, and to adjust existing solutions when the need arises 

• Connect with their own network of accredited investors for the investment of our products. 

• Communicate with clients to identify their business challenges and expectations. 

• Required to travel overseas to meet clients, attend events, and support business development efforts. 

Requirements 

• Minimum a Diploma holder in any field.  

• 2 to 3 years experience in private banking.  

• Familiarity with financial and/or real estate investment industry is a plus.   

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
