ROLE OVERVIEW

Interior architecture and FF&E run through the heart of WeCraft’s work. We are seeking an Intermediate Interior & FF&E Designer to take independent ownership of that scope, freeing senior capacity while raising the quality and pace of delivery. You will work closely with, and to the creative direction of, the Interior & FF&E Director, interpreting and extending WeCraft’s design language across your packages while exercising sound independent judgement.

You will develop interior-architectural design from concept through construction-ready documentation, design and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment, source materials and finishes to brief and budget, and work closely with the Maison WeCraft procurement team to bring schemes to life. You will also begin to guide our junior interior designer and coordinate with the offshore technical-design bench.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

—  Own interior-architectural design and documentation from concept to detailed construction and procurement sets, meeting client brief, budget and programme.

—  Design, select and specify FF&E; prepare FF&E schedules, finish boards and specifications for procurement.

—  Develop millwork, joinery and bespoke detailing in line with WeCraft’s craft-led design language.

—  Source materials, finishes and furnishings to specification and budget, coordinating with Maison WeCraft on procurement and lead times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

—  At least 5–7 years of continuous professional interior-architectural experience, ideally including high-end residential and/or hospitality. Internships do not count towards the years of experience.

—  Demonstrated FF&E design, specification and sourcing experience, and command of DD/CD documentation.

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor system based on Yb-Ba ions emphasizing on the performance rather than on the qubit numbers. Minimum qualifications

Operations & Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Communication Support

• Manage and respond to daily emails, ensuring timely and professional communication with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate with external vendors, engineers, and business partners on operational matters.

• Follow up on requests, project updates, and outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.

Photobooth Operations & Project Coordination

• Coordinate the preparation and deployment of photo frame uploads across photobooth systems.

• Liaise with engineers regarding frame uploads, system updates, and usage reports.

• Support the execution of Photomatic events, brand collaborations, and illustrator partnerships by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communications.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Sales Administration & Reporting

• Consolidate and record sales data from various platforms, including backend systems, Nayax, and cash sales records.

• Prepare monthly sales reports and assist in the tabulation of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of financial and operational records.

• Assist with cash handling and banking of sales proceeds when required.

Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, invoices, and operational records.

• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of both physical and digital documents.

Accounts & Payment Administration

• Prepare and submit invoices for payment processing.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and support accounts-related administrative tasks.

General Operations Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.

• Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with Chinese-speaking partners and vendors.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior administrative, operations, or coordination experience will be an advantage.

Job Description

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor system based on Yb-Ba ions emphasizing on the performance rather than on the qubit numbers. This program brings together the unique capabilities of the existing ion trap groups in CQT expertizing on these two-ion species to explore scalability of the system.

The Centre for Quantum Technologies is a pioneering quantum centre in the world offering a diverse research culture at the intersection of the cross-section of three different fields namely, theoretical, experimental Physics and computer science. We are looking for talented electrical/electronic engineers to join the team of scientists and engineers working on the next generation of the quantum processor.

The team members will work to build electronics to control the ion trap quantum processor. That includes digital design, RF and microwave sources and low noise analog / digital front end. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in at least one of the following fields and desire to cross the boundaries and learn relevant skills. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the development cycle: collaborate with other team members to define the technical requirements, design, manufacturing, testing and integration of the prototype into the control system.

Job Requirements

We are looking for several electrical engineers to join the small team of scientists and engineers working on the next generation of the ion trap quantum processor. The candidate should have:

• Bachelor or Master degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related fields;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in electronics design is preferred;
• Experience in programmable digital logic design using Verilog or VHDL, digital signal processing, and familiarity with control theory;
• Design and characterisation of low noise electronics for the analog front end, good understanding of the noise sources in electronic circuits;
• Design and implementation of the RF electronics circuits.
