Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. Join our Coastal and Maritime team at BMT as a Maritime Civil Structures Engineer. We are seeking experienced engineers at a Senior Consultant level to support our growing program of work. 
 
Our APAC team of 50+ coastal engineers and scientists have a strong reputation of delivering high-quality work in design of coastal infrastructure, boating facilities and coastal protection. We also work in coastal modelling, adaptation planning, nature-based coastal protection, dredging, port planning and offshore wind. 

We are looking for specialists to join us in our growing Singapore office, with a specialty for preparing proposals and technical expertise in either Coastal or Maritime Structures Engineering, Port Engineering, or Coastal Modelling. 

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Contribute to a diverse range of coastal and offshore projects Including terminal and  port development projects, for private and public sector clients. 
• Write proposals and support with business development and customer relationship management.
• Act as a Project Design Manager for small to large scale projects and lead the engagement with the end client. 
• Lead the design of coastal infrastructure across Singapore and the APAC region including jetties, marinas, wharves, boat ramps, breakwaters, seawalls, revetments and other coastal protection infrastructure.
• Be part of a cross-discipline team, working with coastal engineers, mechanical/electrical engineers, oceanographers, environmental scientists, naval architects, GIS and approvals specialists.
• Be a technical leader in the maritime structures area, conducting internal reviews and contributing to the development of templates and workflows. 
• Providing leadership and mentoring to less experienced team members. 

About you

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong experience working within the engineering/consulting sector including experience with proposals and directly managing customers or external stakeholders
• A Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering is a must; master’s degree an advantage.
• 5+ years’ experience post-graduation, in a technical consultancy organisation
• Experience working in Coastal Structures, Piers and Port Engineering, Maritime Defence infrastructure, LNG ports/terminals or equivalent industries. 
• Working knowledge of Singaporean, Australian and/or international standards and guidelines relevant to the design of coastal structures such as seawalls, revetments, breakwaters, groynes etc.
• Relevant registration with recognized engineering/environmental body.
• Strong English language skills. Secondary language skills in Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, Burmese or Bahasa are desirable.
• Unrestricted and permanent work rights in Singapore.

MediaTek Physical Verification team is looking for qualified candidate to be part of a team that define and enable physical sign-off flow and solutions for SOC design. The candidate will be enabling technology in advanced technology nodes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-work with PDK team to code and maintain DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC/LPE/ESD rule deck for various processes
• Develop layout implementation flow and physical verification flow
• Co-work with QA team to reduce the PDKs/Rule deck defects
• Perform full-chip physical verification such as debugging DRC/LVS/ERC
• Implement automation scripts in C-shell, Python and Perl

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science
• With a min. 8 years of relevant experience in IC Design Industry
• Familiar with IC Design front-to-backend flow
• Familiar with interposer design, TSV technology and chip stacking techniques such as CoWoS or EMIB with 2.5D and 3D ICs experiences. (Must have)
• Preferably well-versed in Calibre, ICV
• Proficient in script programming, such as, Tcl, Perl or C-shell
• Proficient in UNIX (Linux) platforms
• Strong communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills

·        Distribution of RFQ and review of processing results.

·        Distribution of purchase requisition and review of handling results.

·        Confirmation and signing of orders / contracts.

·        Participate in and assist suppliers and outsourcers to evaluate relevant operations.

·        Coordinate and contact with suppliers.

·        Assist the procurement engineer to solve the relevant operation problems.

·        be responsible for the regular evaluation of qualified suppliers and the establishment and maintenance of the list of qualified suppliers.

·        Assist in the review of disposal of fixed assets.

·        Assist in the review of asset purchase case acceptance.

·        Assessment and training of procurement engineer.

·        Lecturer in internal procurement related business.

·        Handling of business assigned by the supervisor.

·        Implement alternatives for raw materials, spare parts, maintenance services, etc

Job Requirements:

·        Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, supply chain & logistic management discipline

·        8 years of relevant working experience in Wafer fab / Semiconductor procurement activity.  

·        Min 5 years of proven track record in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities.

·        Highly driven, motivated and resourceful .

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills .

·        Proficient in MS Office and good data analytical skill
