About the role 

As a Data Product Manager in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role as part of shaping Dyson's next-generation digital initiatives that put our customers at the centre, provide functional insights to the business, and foster innovation across all touchpoints. 

Working closely with Digital Transformation Managers and App/IT delivery teams, you will: 

• Own the data and tracking requirements for Dyson’s IoT-connected products. 

• Contribute to Dyson’s digital vision and transformation roadmap.  

• Create and define Data Product requirements. Manage Data Product feasibility across product development milestones and reviews.  

• Ensure cross-team alignment on tasks across multiple backlogs (e.g. App, Cloud, Embedded Software, Enterprise IT, etc).

• Manage expectations of Data Product delivery with senior Dyson stakeholders. 

• Work to Lean and Agile practices, supporting teams as we look to improve flow. Provide concise reporting and communication of the data roadmap, planning and delivery. 

About you 

• Experience in data product management, DA/BI and software development, including working knowledge of data/analytics technologies. Natural tendency to think Data first.

Job Description

• Assist the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing daily construction activities to ensure project objectives, quality standards, safety requirements, and completion milestones are achieved.

What the role is

Planningand Intelligence Division (PID) is part of SWDA’s Incentives Management and EnforcementGroup (IMEG). IMEG drives organisationalexcellence by delivering trusted, data-driven operations that strengthengovernance, manage risk, and safeguard public confidence. The candidatewill play a role in safeguarding the integrity of SWDA’s grant ecosystem bycontributing to the formulation and review of strategies and policies aimed atcountering external fraud and abuse.

What you will beworking on

Reporting to the team lead, the successfulcandidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Competencies

a.     Implement Data Science Projects:Collaborate with data scientists to develop, enhance, and maintain FraudAnalytics Models (FAM) aimed at effective fraud and abuse risk management. (Competency:Fraud Risk Management)

b.     Conduct Periodic Reviews: Performregular assessments of fraud analytics and claims analysis parameters toimprove detection methods for emerging fraud and abuse patterns and anomalousrisk scenarios. (Competency: Fraud Risk Identification & Assessment)

c.     Recommendation of Techniques/Tools:Research and recommend advanced techniques and tools for detecting emergingfraud and abuse risks, translating findings into actionable data features forFAMs. (Competency: Risk Assessment)

d.     Claims Analysis: Conduct pre- andpost- disbursement claims analysis and in-depth thematic analysis to detectanomalous claims patterns. (Competency: Data Management and Analysis)

e.     Collaboration with SWDA Business Units:Work closely with relevant business units to ensure comprehensive coverage offraud analytics across end-to-end processes, promoting best practices in frauddetection and risk management. (Competency: Stakeholder Engagement)

What we are looking for

• Proficient in executing job duties with required competencies.
• Senior Manager: at least 6 years of experience in data analytics, computer/data science, statistics, applied mathematics, business analytics
• Good analytical skills and conceptual abilities, with a keen eye for identifying keyissues and synthesising diverse information into coherent frameworks.
• Proficiency inquantitative analysis is essential, including the application of statisticaltechniques and tools such as Tableau, Python, SQL, and VBA to uncover insightsand trends, and the ability to communicate these findings in clear, accessibleterms.
• Demonstratesgood writing, communication,stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Note: This is an individual contributor role.

Successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract with potentialfor a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter.
