Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve results
Track performance, analyse gaps, and take corrective action fast
Willing to work extra hours when required to close deals and hit targets
Requirements
Proven track record in sales management and target achievement
Strong leadership with the ability to push, motivate, and deliver results
