RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Strategic Communications & Partnerships team, you will drive integrated branding, communications, and digital marketing strategies that strengthen Allkin's visibility, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence. You will shape compelling narratives and campaigns across owned and paid platforms, while leveraging emerging digital trends, insights, and AI-enabled tools to deepen audience engagement and public support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated branding, communications, and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Drive digital marketing efforts across social media, paid advertising, website, EDMs, and emerging platforms to grow reach, engagement, and conversions
- Create compelling multimedia content across written, visual, and short-form video formats, tailored for diverse audiences and platforms
- Lead the development of flagship publications like the Annual Report, as well as communication assets, publicity materials, and marketing collateral to support branding, fundraising, stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and emerging digital trends, leveraging data, insights, and AI-enabled tools to optimise communications effectiveness and audience engagement
- Partner internal stakeholders, community partners, and beneficiaries to identify storytelling opportunities and strengthen communications capabilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in marketing, mass communications, public relations, or other relevant fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations role. Prior experience in a PR, integrated communications, or creative agency will be an advantage
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing across major social media, EDM, and search marketing platforms. Familiarity with Google Analytics will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and produce compelling multimedia content across written, visual, and short-form formats
- Strong strategic thinking, copywriting, and storytelling skills, with a good eye for design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Genuine passion for promoting and advancing social impact
