The role requires overseas travel to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and support business development activities.

• Promote and sell marine products to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the marine sector.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Travel overseas as required to meet customers, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.

Natron Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Junior Admin to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with customer inquiries, and work closely with sales representatives and internal departments to enhance productivity and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate quotations and invoices
• Process sales orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Maintain records of sales, service activities, and inventory
• Liaise with customers to ensure smooth communication and support
• Manage post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
