Your internship would revolve around bringing our robot to market. You may be remunerated with a combination of salary and share options. It is possible to combine this with our technical internships for a more “hybrid” role. This internship requires a reasonable amount of technical understanding/engineering interest. 

Especially if you are part-time, you are not expected to handle all (or even most) of the items below. However, a reasonable subset of what is listed below is required, and any combination of what’s listed below based on your interest and strengths can be discussed.

In this role, you will support SOX compliance activities, test internal controls, identify process gaps, and work closely with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen governance across the organization. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing SOX control testing and documentation.

• Review key financial and operational controls for effectiveness.

• Identify control gaps, raise findings, and support remediation efforts.

• Work with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate audit trails, documentation, and reporting.

• Support continuous improvement of internal control processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in audit, SOX compliance, internal controls, or risk advisory.

• Background in accounting, finance, audit, or a related discipline.

• Exposure to US GAAP, SOX, or internal audit would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
