ABOUT THE ROLE
FoodstaKitchens is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience across social media, digital marketing, in-store campaigns, and website management, working closely with our marketing team to grow our brand and engage our community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SocialMedia
• Plan, produce, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate and support KOL (Key Opinion Leader) events and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and track performance metrics.
In-Store Advertising
• Assist in creating and executing in-store promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent brand presentation across all locations.
EDM (Email Direct Marketing)
• Build, schedule, and analyse email campaigns using customer.io.
• Assist with audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimise open and click-through rates.
Website Redesign Support
• Support the redesign and ongoing maintenance of the Foodsta Kitchens website on Wix.
• Update content, images, and landing pages to ensure accuracy and a compelling user experience.
• Work with the team to improve site navigation, SEO, and overall visual identity.
Photography & Videography
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels.
• Capture high-quality food and brand photography for use across digital and in-store touchpoints.
• Assist in coordinating shoots across our brand locations.
Reporting & Analytics
• Compile monthly performance reports covering social media, EDM, and website metrics.
• Track KPIs and surface insights to support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Maintain campaign trackers and assist with post-campaign analysis.
