• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record in planning and engineering management for large-scale developments.
• Demonstrated capability in project leadership, including resource planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong experience in managing master schedules, budgeting, cash flow, and progress claims, with solid commercial awareness.
• Hands-on experience in authority submissions and approvals, particularly within Singapore’s regulatory environment
• Familiar with cross disciplinary coordination, codes of practice, relevant authorities’ regulations, submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software (Microsoft Project, Power Point, etc.)
• Possessed a team spirit, resolving conflicts, being able to interact and work with colleagues, delegating tasks, setting project milestones and liaising with consultants at various levels
• Adopt proactive mindset, logical thinking, problem solving, and meticulous in technical planning and attentive in detail
• A proponent of lean principles, value engineering and value added mindset to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Experience in tender management, including preparation of technical and commercial submissions for overseas and local projects.

Committed to providing the company's various business teams and data teams, data analysts, machine learning teams, BI teams, etc. with its data-efficient and stable data storage, calculation, query, and analysis of the big data basic system; development and production platform, and data analysis platform. Including data collection, storage, offline calculation of massive data, real-time stream computing, online analysis and processing, instant return query, and other aspects of data infrastructure support, as well as big data development, production scheduling, data quality monitoring, data maps, and other platform services. Provide the upper-level business team and data team with a basic platform for various technical directions such as computing scheduling, batch computing, real-time computing, structured data query, big data analysis, and KV query. Help business teams build data reports, data monitoring dashboards, real-time business data processing, data mining, and analysis, etc.

Job Description:

• Manage one of the Data Suite products, including but not limited to Data Map, Data Integration, Data Development, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Services, Data Metrics, Data Visualisation, etc.

• Responsible for requirements analysis, product design, product prototyping as well as product operation.

• Understand user needs and big data use cases, abstract complex requirements or scenarios into solutions, and implement them in the product to empower users.

• Develop and maintain user relationships and communication channels with users, synthesize product features from users’ requirements and feedback.

• Explore and continuously learn the best practices from the big data industry, and continuously plan the product blueprints in the long term.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.

• At least 1 year of full time product management / technical product management experience.

• Prior experience with data-related products is preferred, as this role supports the Data Infrastructure team.

• Familiarity with the full data lifecycle, including management, development, and product application

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong logical thinking with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier engagement requests, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
• Engage with suppliers to understand their product and service offerings, and identify their unique value propositions and differentiators.
• Lead the preparation of evaluations, reports, and submissions for Management review, supporting timely and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a robust tracking system to monitor engagement milestones, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure within established SLAs.
• Oversee the consolidation and analysis of supplier performance data, translating metrics into actionable insights for periodic reporting.
• Conduct structured research on the ICT industry landscape to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide coordination and support for cross-functional projects, programmes, and engagements to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Good analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
• Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CRM tools and Tableau is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
