Responsibilities we will trust you with:

1. RPA Solution Development: Collaborate with RPA Consultants/Technical Architects to develop efficient and robust RPA solutions. Participate in the entire RPA project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
2. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive Process Design Documentations (PDD) and Solution Design Documentations (SDD) for all RPA solutions. Document test scenarios and procedures to ensure accurate testing and validation of RPA processes and objects.
3. Proof-of-Concept and Prototyping: Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver RPA proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate the viability of bots automation to stakeholders and end-users.
4. Business Case Development: Assist in constructing business cases and identifying opportunities for the continuous adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization in Singapore and the region.
5. Project Support: Support RPA Project Managers in managing project schedules, ensuring high-quality deliverables, monitoring project budgets, and fostering positive relationships with end-users and stakeholders.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technology, tools, and industry best practices. Pursue relevant certifications, participate in forums, and attend workshops to enhance RPA skills and knowledge.
7. RPA Competence Group: Collaborate with the project team in executing day-to-day tasks and contribute to the development of our RPA competence group. Share expertise, insights, and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation. Experience with leading RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Proficient in one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise documentation, including PDD, SDD, test scenarios, and procedures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and experience delivering RPA solutions using this approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues during RPA development and implementation.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality.
• A collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
• Relevant RPA certifications and continuous commitment to improving RPA skills and knowledge.
