We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. Presentation & Communication Support

• Develop and maintain high quality PowerPoint decks for project finance updates, business cases ROI calculations, and stakeholder discussions

• Help structure slides to clearly present market research, competitor analysis and potential use case benefits

• Draft clear and concise written materials such as executive summaries, meeting notes and follow ups

• Support senior team members in preparing materials for steering committees and senior stakeholders

Market Research & Technology Scanning

• Conduct ongoing research on emerging technologies (e.g. AI, agentic systems, digital banking innovations, fintech trends)

Your role as an Analyst in our Advisory team will include:

• Support the team in origination, structuring & execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, including information memorandums, management presentations, marketing materials & pitchbooks
• Assist with the construction of detailed financial models to evaluate company performance and analyze the impact of different capital / transaction structures
• Assist with the review & design of token economics concepts, token models & whitepapers
• Assist with the evaluating & analyzing new business opportunities and selection of new mandates
• Client coverage & process management including strategic analysis, due diligence & business / thematic research

Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment banking (M&A, capital raising) is preferred but not required
• Keen interest in (but necessarily working experience in) blockchain/Web3
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, entrepreneurial, and able to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines

YOUR IMPACT

This Analyst level position is an integral member of the Regional Country Compliance team based in Singapore. The position focuses on (i) compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, (ii) Compliance responsibility on cross-divisional, regional and/or global initiatives which impact Singapore.  The person will work closely with divisional compliance teams in Singapore and in regional offices, and other control groups (such as Legal, Controllers, Operations, Human Capital Management, etc.), in driving the initiatives and efforts. This covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities which comprise but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and ongoing oversight of country-wide centralized compliance programs across regulated entities in Singapore
• Drive implementation of regulatory initiatives
• Manage Compliance program and control uplifts in line with regulatory requirements
• Manage regular and ad-hoc regulatory audits, surveys and questionnaires
• Manage internal and external audit engagements
• Track regulatory interactions, regulatory updates and regulatory focuses
• Organise and manage responses to regulatory and industry consultations
• Engage with industry bodies and participants on advocacy and updates
• Manage corporate governance related matters for office leadership

Experience/Skills:

• University degree
• Between 2-5 years' Compliance, Legal, Regulatory or other relevant financial services experience.
• Proactive, Self-motivated, well-organized, hands-on
• Project management skills with managing multiple stakeholders 
• Good interpersonal skills and effective written/oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask, organize and prioritize.
