Job Responsibilities
Conduct market, sector, and company research, including understanding industry dynamics, key players, and sector strategies.
Support and manage due diligence by gathering data, identifying risks, and summarizing findings.
Analyse key financial metrics and drivers affecting deals and portfolio companies.
Assist in preparation of document on key legal and structuring terms.
Collaborate with senior team members and legal advisors to ensure compliance and alignment with objectives.
Support investment execution, approval processes, monitoring, and value creation initiatives.
Support in sourcing, screening, and analysing new investment opportunities.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and partners
Manage projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Job Requirements
Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of relevant experience
A professional qualification, such as CFA and/or a postgraduate qualification, such as MBA, would be highly regarded.
Highly numerate with knowledge of financial analysis and valuation methodologies
Experience in due diligence from a financial, accounting, or operational perspective
Strong communication, both verbal and written, and project management skills
Inquisitive, resourceful, meticulous, responsible, and self-motivated
A self-starter who can work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment
A team player who is also able to work independently
