As a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architect, you will build and lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects focusing on your assigned accounts for the Asean market. Your experience partnering with the sales organisation will help close revenue with the right approach whilst coaching new sales and pre-sales team members to work together. You will guide and get involved to enhance your team's effectiveness; be an expert at communicating complex, business value-focused solutions; support complex sales cycles; and build relationships with key stakeholders in customers' companies. You will report to the Tech GM (Asean & Greater China Region).

• Experience in Pre Sales Manager role in developing, managing and building a team of successful Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals
• Have experience scaling and mentoring field and technical teams from scratch both onshore and offshore teams.

Regionally responsible for Cybersecurity Solution and presales, driving growth, profitability, and world-class presales and solution excellence. Extensive experience in large-scale security bids, competitive costing, solution architecture, and transformation programs supporting regional business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global presales for medium and large Cybersecurity Services deals, ensuring growth and margin objectives are achieved.

• Analyze the customer business and technical requirements to ensure the (sub-set of the overall) solution is aligned accordingly.

• Drive must-win and lighthouse deal pursuits with direct involvement in bid architecture and solution design.

• Develop and maintain competitive costing structures, including standard service models and customized models for specific client requests in collaboration with portfolio teams.

• Support solutioning and presales activities across all APAC, working on pure play Cybersecurity Services or cross business lines Cybersecurity Services for complex regional bids.

• Get the required solution design approvals from business and delivery according to the existing processes.

• Lead the regional Transition & Transformation (T&T) program with a centralized team of dedicated experts.

• Provide technical assurance and technical quality review on client facing documentation.

• Provide solutions and presales support to local countries for smaller opportunities.

• Contribute to global Cybersecurity Services strategy and portfolio positioning aligned with market dynamics.

• Support focused sales and marketing campaigns to accelerate growth and win rate.

• Actively contribute to Cybersecurity Services Global Leadership initiatives.

Technical Requirements:

• Technical leadership in Security Operations, SIEM, AI Security, MDR, Application and Infrastructure Security, Identity and Risk Management, Cloud and Workplace Security, as well as Data Protection and Encryption.

• Deep knowledge about technology, market situations and benchmarking of Cybersecurity Services.

• Familiar with local and International Standards associated with Cybersecurity Management services (Chinese Cybersecurity Law, MITRE ATT&CK®, ISO27001, NIST etc)

• Very good knowledge of IT best practices and market methodologies to design end-toend solutions.

• Ability to design end-to-end solutions based on standard portfolio (service catalogue) and associated solution modules / building blocks.

• Deep knowledge of best practice standards and market methodologies to develop and manage requirements.

• Ability to design and validate business cases on associated costing to the designed solution and migration.

• Deep knowledge in various methodologies to estimate effort and in Atos’ standards for estimation (estimation tools & methodology, estimation guidelines).

• Deep knowledge on security risk management (assessment, mitigation, residual cost calculation).

• Ability to present and negotiate the technical parts (incl. cost impact) in contract negotiations with decision maker on content area.

This is a hands-on engineering role with additional responsibilities in solution design and stakeholder collaboration.

Application & Platform Development
• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using .NET 8, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, and Angular 14+.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support HVAC operational systems, including scheduling, equipment diagnostics, asset management, and real time data visualization.
• Implement secure and scalable data access layers using Azure SQL and modern ORM techniques.
• Ensure code quality through clean architecture principles, reusable components, and automated testing.
Industry-Specific Engineering
• Work with HVAC domain experts to translate system requirements, sensor data, and equipment logic into scalable software solutions.
• Integrate applications with IoT devices, controllers, and field service tools as needed.
• Optimize applications to handle real time data streams and time series data related to HVAC performance and telemetry.

Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Collaborate on system architecture using cloud native design patterns.
• Guide technical discussions, propose improvements, and influence long term platform strategy.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor mid level and junior developers.

Cloud, DevOps & Deployment
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Deploy and manage services within Azure, including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
• Implement observability practices such as logging, tracing, and automated monitoring for high availability HVAC systems.

Quality, Reliability & Collaboration
• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and end to end test automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with product, QA, and field operations teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues in distributed, cloud based environments.

Account Sales Executive/Manager

• Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Establish new customer accounts to expand business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
• Analyze customers’ business environments to identify needs and propose suitable solutions

Requirements

• Possess GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Relevant direct sales experience with corporate clients preferred

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on implementations within the financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, data models, and APIs.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery.
