Job Summary
Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored ERP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present effective sales strategies, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach to generate sales opportunities
- Meet with clients to analyze their business challenges and gather detailed requirements
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ERP benefits and value
- Assist in developing sales strategies, forecasting sales targets, and setting team goals collaboratively
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical consultants, and marketing teams to design appropriate ERP solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP sales, IT solution sales, or B2B software sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong consultative selling skills demonstrated by successfully closing deals
- Effective negotiation skills applied in client engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales objectives
