The Junior Site Engineer will support day-to-day site operations for construction and semiconductor facility projects. Responsibilities:

• Ensure sufficient manpower, verify receipt of quantities/materials, update inventory/work order details.
• Ensuring production processes are executed under controlled and standardized conditions.
• Set up machinery/equipment in accordance with specified parameters & guidelines.
• Ensure operators are adhere to work instructions and provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Issue DO for parts to subcontractors and reviewing & approving operators’ output records.
• Make decisions for quality concerns to meet product standards, suspend production if issues arise.
• Report quality/production issues to supervisor. Analyzing and investigating defective products.
• Coordinating quality system audits and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
• Identify work risks, recommending risk mitigation measures and implementing practices.
• Investigating accidents to determine root causes, promote EHS through training and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3 years in manufacturing operation.
• Possess leadership and able to train operators
• Experience in conducting safety audits and investigating incidents.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
