Job Purpose

The Administration and Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and upkeep of corporate office premises. Job Purpose

The role of an Executive Engineer in the Predictive Maintenance team involves the development and implementation of advanced predictive maintenance strategies using data-driven approaches. The Executive Engineer is responsible for leveraging predictive analytics, sensor data, and machine learning techniques to forecast equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules, thereby maximizing asset reliability and minimizing downtime.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of Executive Engineer, PM are as listed below:

a. Predictive Maintenance and Data Analytics

• Analyze historical and real-time sensor data to identify patterns, anomalies, and early signs of equipment deterioration.
• Evaluate and select appropriate sensor technologies and data collection methods for effective predictive maintenance.
• Optimize maintenance schedules based on predictive insights to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
• Continuously calibrate and refine predictive models to improve accuracy and reduce false alarms.
• Integrate data from various sources, such as IoT devices, sensors, and maintenance records, for comprehensive analysis.
• Collaborate with data analysts, maintenance teams, and business stakeholders to implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of predictive model performance, maintenance actions, and equipment health status.
• Stay updated with emerging predictive maintenance technologies and best practices, and lead initiatives to enhance predictive maintenance capabilities within the organization.

b. Networking and Infrastructure Support

• Possess foundational to intermediate knowledge of networking components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and IoT gateways to support sensor and data transmission infrastructure.
• Understand virtual machine (VM) environments and basic system architecture used in hosting predictive analytics platforms and edge computing solutions.
• Assist in ensuring data connectivity and uptime across sensors, gateways, and servers used in the predictive maintenance pipeline.
• Liaise with IT and network teams to ensure secure and reliable infrastructure that supports scalable analytics deployments.
• Participate in basic network troubleshooting and configuration verification when anomalies affect data collection or model deployment.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Computing or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Proven working experience in a predictive analytics
• Previous Railway System experience would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be aligned and act in accordance to SMRT's Vision, Mission, Service Standard and Core Values.

2. Ensure good understanding, knowledge and skills needed for all maintenance activities and provide support for staff training.

3. Lead and supervise a team of Technical Officer(s) to perform preventive, corrective, overhaul, troubleshooting, engineering analysis, investigation or any assigned maintenance activities on all rolling stocks, depot and workshop equipment.

4. Assist to plan and coordinate staff deployment and shift roster to optimise resources utilisation.

5. Verify and ensure all tasks executed by the team are in accordance to latest Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures, and to ensure personal and peers’ safety at all times.

6. Ensure spares, tools and equipment used are in good condition and calibrated if necessary.

7. Perform train shunting activities and operate depot equipment, maintenance vehicles and maintenance equipment to support maintenance activities of the group.

8. Verify and ensure work records done by the team are updated factually, accurately and timely on Work Records Form and on the Maintenance Management System

9. Report immediately any abnormalities or practices observed that are not in accordance to Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures.

10. Adopt KAIZEN methodology (5M, 5S & 5W) to eliminate 8 Wastes and improve Productivity and Value of work performed.

11. Provide support to staff, contractors or any other personnel who are required to perform work on depot and all rolling stocks.

12. To support the group during incidents, accidents and emergencies.

13. Ensure excellent housekeeping are maintained within all work areas.

14. Maintain a high level of work discipline and standards.

15. Perform any other task as assigned.

Job Purpose

To oversee end-to-end arrears management for advertising revenue, ensuring effective credit control and risk mitigation.  

Responsibilities

•    Review and manage aging reports and high-risk accounts.
•    Handle escalated and disputed advertiser / agency accounts.
•    Recommend actions such as credit suspension or legal follow-up.
•    Supervise officers and ensure adherence to SOPs.
•    Prepare arrears reports and support process improvements.

Qualifications & Work Experience

•    Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
•    5 years’ experience in credit control or commercial receivables.
•    Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
•    Experience in B2B or media / advertising industry preferred.
