RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. • 10+ years of experience in design leadership, user experience, creative direction, or growth design, with significant experience in fintech, financial services, blockchain, or high-growth technology environments
• Proven track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing design teams, with experience establishing scalable design systems, operational frameworks, and quality standards
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across brand, digital, product, and growth marketing design, with experience delivering customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders across marketing, product, operations, and business functions
• Strong professional proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively lead team members and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners across regional markets where these languages are used in the course of work
