Responsibilities:
Industry Research and Analysis
• Assist in gathering and analysing industry information to understand manpower trends and challenges
• Help compile and organise data on industry skills needs and workforce requirements
Stakeholder Engagement Support
• Provide administrative support for meetings with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders, such as arranging for meetings and writing meeting minutes
• Support the team in preparing meeting materials and following up on action items
Project Coordination
• Support the organisation of activities, such as career events and industry engagement activities
• Assist in basic data collection and compilation for KPI reporting
• Support basic budget tracking and expense documentation
• Support basic data analysis for insights
Innovation and Productivity Initiatives
• Assist in identifying potential areas for process automation and digital transformation
• Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions for routine tasks
• Help document and share best practices for using new technological tools
• Contribute ideas for improving existing work processes through technology
Requirements:
