We are looking for a high-energy

Business Development Executive

to expand our global footprint and deliver cutting-edge supply chain solutions to OEM and EMS clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify & Grow: Research and qualify high-potential prospects while expanding revenue within existing accounts.
• Solution Selling: Leverage SCI’s AI-driven sourcing tools and 140+ franchise lines to solve complex procurement challenges.
• Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with global manufacturers and internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing and lead times to provide unmatched value to our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in consultative B2B sales; background in electronic components or high-tech sourcing is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Mindset: A self-disciplined "hunter" with a passion for speed of execution and exceeding targets.
• Education: Diploma or degree required; Electronics or Microelectronics Engineering degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to company’s standards
• Participate in project management
• Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments
• Carry out system troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Conduct on-site client training
• Develop in-depth system design and drawings using AutoCAD
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in security systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years work experience in security and/or electronic system project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases
• Familiarity with security access control, video surveillance, and alarm system products and systems is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Past experience with Lenel, Cisco, and S2 systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Customer service-oriented
