• Support and manage daily lounge operations across multiple terminals
• Oversee housekeeping, facilities maintenance, and vendor performance
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
• Lead, roster, train, and support housekeeping and operations teams
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control
• Handle guest feedback and operational issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, security, and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel, lounge, or F&B operations
• Prior experience in housekeeping and/or facilities management preferred
• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage day‑to‑day operations
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards
• Able to work in a 24‑hour airport environment, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
