Job Scopes

• Manage daily admin duties (reports, documentation, records)
• Support billing & invoicing (verification, tracking, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with operations & finance teams on discrepancies
• Handle scheduling, meetings & office coordination
• Assist with procurement, expenses & basic budget tracking
• Liaise with internal teams & external vendors

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business / Admin / Finance or related
• Experience in admin + invoicing / billing support
• Strong attention to detail & organisation skills
• Comfortable handling data, invoices & documentation
• Good communication & coordination abilities
• Working location: Gul
• Working hrs: Mon to Fri office hours
