As a Senior Engineer, Electrical Engineering at ASM, you will act as a technical lead for electrical systems within advanced semiconductor equipment. You will drive system-level design decisions, ensuring robust architecture, seamless integration, and high-performance delivery. What you will be working on

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems and sub-assemblies, setting technical direction and ensuring alignment with product architecture
• Lead fabrication and test of electrical test structures (ex. MOS capacitors, MIM capacitors, FETs) for semiconductor logic and memory applications
• Own system-level integration, ensuring electrical, mechanical, and control elements work cohesively to meet performance, safety, and reliability targets

What we are looking for

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering within semiconductor equipment manufacturing
• Strong expertise in electrical hardware design, system architecture, and integration (e.g., reactors, plasma sources, or similar systems)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Integration Engineer to lead the development and optimization of Indium Phosphide (InP) based Edge Emitting Lasers (EELs). In this role, you will be the bridge between design and manufacturing, ensuring that our high-performance optoelectronic devices transition from concept to high-volume production with world-class reliability and yield.

You’ll be working at the frontier of photonics, handling complex material systems and sophisticated fabrication sequences to power the next generation of optical communications and sensing technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Flow Ownership: Design, implement, and manage the full end-to-end fabrication flow for InP-based EELs (e.g., Fabry-Pérot, DFB, and DBR lasers).
• Yield & Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve integration bottlenecks. Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve device electro-optical performance (threshold current, wall-plug efficiency, and slope efficiency).

Key Technical Requirements

• Materials Expertise: Deep understanding of III-V compound semiconductors, specifically the GaAs/InP/InGaAsP/material systems.
• Device Physics: Strong grasp of semiconductor laser physics
• Fabrication Proficiency: Hands-on experience or good understanding on photolithography, etching, thin film
• Characterization:  Understanding laser characterization data and correlating results back to specific process modules.

Qualifications

• Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of direct experience in III-V semiconductor processing
• Software: Proficiency in JMP, or Python for data analysis;

About the Role

We are seeking System Engineers to support the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure environments supporting mission-critical operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure platforms, virtualization technologies, automation initiatives, and high-availability systems within a structured enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments
• Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and related services
• Support and optimize VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure operational stability
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
• Perform patch management, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and operational requirements
• Participate in system upgrades, capacity planning, and technology refresh initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to support infrastructure operations and enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in system administration and infrastructure management
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
• Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience managing high-availability enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices
• SCCM, WSUS, or equivalent patch management platforms
• Monitoring solutions such as Splunk, ELK, or Prometheus

You are responsible for new equipment introduction, risk assessment, equipment set-up, release, PM, Calibration, lab audits and as well as continuous improvement activities such as equipment reliability improvement, cost reduction, and equipment usage optimization. Through this role, you will enhance your technical skills in equipment management and improvement, project management, and strengthen your engagement and network with vendors and global GEL organizations across Micron sites.

Responsibilities

-Support GEL Equipment and lab operations including Internal and External audits, ESD and PM, Calibration, equipment troubleshooting, Safety and Chemical controls.

- Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of Engineering equipment.

- Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. - -- Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the engineering process.

-Provides technical support to the engineering equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams on equipment requirements, space planning, facilitation, purchase and installation of equipment.
- Equipment inventory controls and critical spare parts planning.

- Coordinate external vendors on training, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Manage external vendors expectation, set and assess goals and achievements.
- Analyze and support stakeholders’ requirements and expectations.
- Foster closer collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
- Focus on customer needs and provide timely solutions.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with experience with ESD checks

• At least 1 year of experience in Semiconductor Equipment or Tools PM, calibration, and troubleshooting.
