Additional job description
In this role, you will be the frontline seller to the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) largest customers. You will understand clients marketing objectives and build short and medium-term strategies to meet those goals, in part by improving campaign performance, implementing best practices, driving Google product adoption, and influencing customer budgets.

- Manage a portfolio of businesses and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Establish credibility with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Understand our team's business growth drivers and risks and create multi-quarter plans to achieve growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in advertising sales, media account management, and achieving goals to drive client growth.
- Experience working with and communicating with advertisers, agencies, or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with consulting or digital marketing executing multi-quarter strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
