Responsibilities

1. Service existing accounts, obtains orders and established new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts
2. Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as any plan activities, annual analyses
3. Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc
4. Resolves customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation to management
5. Present an overall costing sheet for a sales / project , to negotiate for best price for project / tender during bid phase
6. Provide project costing sheets with supporting quotations from various distributors / vendors to project team for project  handover
7. Factor in any risk / man effort % into the costing sheet over the build phase or operation / service phase – this is to be presented & highlighted to the project team during handover
8. Support project for a smooth transition during project handover example like proper handover to project team on costing sheet

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 – 5 years of IT sales experiences in Enterprise Accounts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask
• Team-player who can also work independently, dedicated team-member

1. Product Lead overseeing Media programs from qualification through mass production and end-of-life. Primary interface between internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver on-time product launches and production ramp readiness.
2. Leads new and iteration program qualifications, ensuring critical product parameters, specifications, and documentation are fully defined to support smooth qualification builds and volume ramps. Applies data-driven KPIV/KPOV analysis to improve process control, yield, and product margin.
3. Manages programs, including engineering sample logistics, shipment execution, head/media pairing, and supply planning to achieve optimal HDD yield. Drives continuous improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners (HDD) to ensure sustained product quality, margin, and operational excellence.
