We currently seek an experienced pipefitter to join our team and contribute to our efforts in upkeeping industrial properties. Our candidate will be responsible for blueprinting, installing, and inspecting pipe systems, while providing repair services when needed. With a strong understanding of plumbing and welding, they will be expected to develop effective solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen piping infrastructure.

Objectives of this role

• Create and assess detailed blueprints to map out pipe systems
• Install pipes using various welding and plumbing techniques
• Perform regular inspections and repair broken or leaking pipes
• Adhere to relevant safety regulations and guidelines
• Partner with other construction professionals to finish building projects

Responsibilities

• Use tools like drills, saws, and clamps to manage piping systems
• Modify pipe measurements to meet installation requirements
• Interact with clients and build ongoing positive rapport
• Take inventory of materials such as pipes and hydraulic cylinders
• Test pipe functionality to ensure safety
• Secure pipes to walls and fixtures

Skills and qualifications

• Experience working in construction, plumbing, or repair

Working Conditions:

• working timing is 8.30 Am to 10.00 Pm
• Must Work at least 2 Sundays every month
• Depending on urgency time needs to do night calls

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut tiles to fit specified areas with precision.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion for tile installation.
• Apply tile, stone, or other materials to walls, floors, ceilings, countertops, and roof decks.
• Mix and apply grout and adhesive to secure tiles in place.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring alignment and aesthetics meet standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tile Installer or similar role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various tile materials, installation techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy materials and working in various positions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in tile installation or a related field is preferred.

Operations Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration & Operations Management: Overseeing daily administrative functions at site offices, managing facilities, utilities, and general workflows.

• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, licenses, vendor files, reports, and drawings.
• Compliance & Licensing: Managing applications, renewals, and compliance matters with relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, BCA, SCDF), including certifications like ISO and safety standards.
• Procurement & Financial Support: Supervising site procurement, managing petty cash, tracking project costs, checking invoices, processing purchase orders, and assisting with budget reports and cost control.
• Human Resources Support: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff deployment, payroll administration, attendance tracking, and managing employee records and welfare.
• Coordination & Communication: Acting as a primary liaison between site teams, head office, clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and preparing meeting minutes.
• Process Improvement: Analyzing existing processes and developing more effective or efficient administrative strategies and systems. 

Requirement

 ·         Possess at least a Bachlor Level Degree in any Field

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail property or mall operations management  

·         Experience in Property/Facilities Management, and MCST Management will be an added advantage

·         Good knowledge of building systems (ie. electrical, ACMV, mechanical).  Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements, including authority submissions.  NEA Environmental Control Office certification is preferred
