2. Client Value Delivery: Cost Optimization & Advisory

• Right-Sizing & Modernization: Analyze client usage patterns to provide actionable recommendations for downsizing over-provisioned resources or moving to more cost-effective instance families.
• Waste Elimination: Automate the identification and removal of orphaned resources, such as unattached storage volumes, old snapshots, and idle load balancers.
• Strategic Reporting: Develop and present "Showback" or "Chargeback" reports that provide clients with a clear view of their spending by department, project, or application.
• Anomaly Detection: Configure and monitor real-time spend alerts to protect clients from "bill shock" caused by misconfigurations or unauthorized resource spikes.

• Analyse training requirements and design courseware using the ADDIE instructional design model to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Independently develop new course packages integrating industry-relevant skills based on market trends and management input

• Vet course content and structure, providing creative and clear write-ups for new courses to enhance learner engagement

Lead elevator installation projects by reviewing plans, coordinating schedules, inspecting equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining clear client communication to deliver quality installations on time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and manage installation schedules

Cloud Specialist (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Cloud DevOps Infrastructure
• Design, propose, deploy cloud infrastructure, platform and applications.
• Implement cloud infrastructure in UAT and product environment.
• Manage and monitor performance, security, availability, and scalability of cloud resources.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to cloud resources and infrastructure.
• Implement security measures to protect cloud resources.
• Familiar to GCC environment requirement, setup and deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge on RHEL or Windows Operating System.
• Strong in Cloud DevOps Infrastructure.
• Proficient in automation tools like AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and AWS Systems Manager
• Experience in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools like Gitlab, Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• 3-5 years Cloud Infrastructure working experience
