Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing facilities within Singapore with some construction safety exposure.
• Registered WSHO (MOM) and FSM Certified.
• Good knowledge in chemical properties & chemical analysis characteristics, safe working practices & local/global codes & standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore’s constructions health and safety, and environmental regulations is essential. Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies and / or compliance officers is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project cost control, contract administration, procurement, tendering, claims, and final accounts while ensuring project profitability and commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), variation orders, and final accounts.

• Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management.

Requirements
