Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical or other equivalent) with least 5-10 years of experience in Petrochemical, Refining Manufacturing facilities
• Production Experience in Rubber, Polymer or Petrochemical plants will be preferred
• Experience as Team Lead of Shift Teams
• Excellent Leadership, Planning & Problem-Solving skills
• Advance Coaching & Mentoring Skill to technician and Undergraduates
• Preferred Experience of Green Field Start-up, Operating Procedure development
• Effective written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Singapore Regulations & Industry HSE practices & Process Safety Basics
• Prior experience in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and continual improvement programs are preferred
  

Job Description:

• Support the HSE Manager in managing workplace safety, health, security and environmental compliance for the plant
• Serve as a member of the HSE Committee and coordinate/schedule site inspections
• Conduct daily Toolbox meeting for Contractor’s Workers to brief about the safe work practices and housekeeping.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure safety procedures are properly implemented and adhered to and rectify/correct any unsafe condition and unsafe practice immediately.
• Monitor, review and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from safety inspections and audits
• Assist/ Prepare and maintain HSE data, reports and dashboards for monthly, quarterly and yearly submissions
• Conduct Safety Induction Training and other WSH-related in-house training for employees and contractors
• Review and implement Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures when required
• Assist investigations of incidents and near-misses; ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain and test emergency response plans; ensure site readiness.
• Maintain records of safety assessments, training, and incident reports.
• Participate in Safety management systems audits, ensure proper documentation in accordance with the requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support continual workplace improvement initiatives

Requirement:

• Competent in risk management including hazard identification through regular inspections
• Proficient in MS Office software and SAP EHS Management system
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Management Systems and local WSH and Fire Safety regulations
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, internal and external audits, and incident investigations.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver WSH training and safety promotion programme to cultivate a positive safety culture.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to influence management, supervisors, and workers on WSH matters.
• Competent in safety reporting, data analysis, and preparation of statutory reports, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Minimum a Diploma in an engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years’ SHE experience in oil & gas, chemical, or similar regulated industry

• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is a plus

Job Description:

• Site E&I and Analysers Maintenance Technician for hands-on Maintenance role in a Polyisoprene Latex Plant in Singapore.
• Ensure compliance of engineering practices and assets with statutory compliance, Engineering Codes of Practices and Cariflex SOP’s.
• Execute and supervise, communicate daily/weekly schedule assignments with workforce.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, monitor and take corrective action and daily updates.
• Work with Reliability, Maintenance, Operations, Technology, other Engineering departments as part of the execution of jobs.
• Field involvement in project ITP, SAT, PSSR, for effective and efficient execution.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in engineering/ Maintenancefield experience in the chemical, rubber, oil, or petrochemical plants.
• Hands-on Maintenance experience E&I discipline, troubleshoot, and rectify defects during plant Commissioning and Maintenance.
• Hands on experience and drive EPC and Maintenance team for instrumentation, Electrical system, Site Fire alarm andSite Facilities.
• Hands on experience in Maintenance team in field instruments, Analyzer systems and Field and Substation Electrical equipment.
• Willing to perform Call-out activities and extended work hrs upon site start-up requirement.
