Job Description: Specialist – Supplier Bonus & Rebate Settlements

Role Purpose

This role focuses on managing and checking supplier bonuses and rebate agreements. You will make sure calculations are correct, suppliers follow agreed terms, and all settlements are done accurately. You will also provide data and insights that help improve profitability and support buying teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Bonuses & Rebates

• Keep all supplier bonus and rebate agreements updated and correct (such as volume rebates, growth incentives, slabs, and trading terms).
• Ensure all bonus and rebate amounts are calculated accurately after transactions.
• Work with category managers to finalize bonus calculations.
• Prepare settlement statements and confirm them with suppliers.

2. Reconciliation

• Match supplier turnover figures with company turnover and fix any mismatches.
• Check if actual purchase volumes match agreed bonus slabs.
• Identify missed or unpaid rebates and suggest corrective actions.
• Manage recoveries through credit notes, debit notes, or supplier settlements.

3. Contracts & Agreements

• Maintain a central record of all supplier contracts, addendums, and yearly terms.
• Ensure all documents follow company compliance rules and procurement policies.
• Track contract expiry dates and support category teams with renewals.
• Escalate pending recoveries due to insolvency to the legal team.

4. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze trends in supplier income, rebates, and contract profitability.
• Provide required reports and insights to category teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce gaps.

5. Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination

• Work closely with Buying, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Supply Chain teams.
• Act as the main contact for suppliers regarding settlements, reconciliation, and turnover alignment.
• Support category teams during negotiations with accurate data.

6. Audit, Compliance & Controls

• Follow all business rules and financial control processes.
• Provide proper documents for audits.
• Strengthening controls to prevent errors, leakage, or missing income.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of trading terms and B2B discounts.
• Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with SAP or other wholesale ERP systems.
• Understanding of wholesale pricing (WSP, margins, landed cost).
• Knowledge of accruals, reconciliation, settlements, write offs, and supplier ledger.

• Monitor queues in real-time to identify and call out any risks to meeting contractual KPIs like Service Level/ Abandonment % / Line Adherence / Handling Capacity/ SIR .
• Monitor service level performance at interval level against planned AHT, Aux & Shrinkage and correlate with non-adherence at Consultant level

Extend support:

• Make real-time call outs on performance and staffing level to floor supervisors for appropriate action on non-adhering consultants .

Mandatory Skills& Experience

• 8+ years of HRIS experience
• Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services

• Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector.
• Demonstrated success managing complex HRIS projects, system integrations, and process improvements.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Credit & Business analyst is responsible to assign the credit limits for the customers, mitigate credit risks, customer account management, data driven analytics to support business decision and growth. Partner with stakeholders across separate business verticals to support on the credit management requirements for business delivery. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Reviewing the credit limit requests for existing & new customers, assessing the creditworthiness, performing financial analysis and recommending for approvals as per DOA

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

You work as part of a team providing technical application support and maintenance across the software portfolio estate. You act as the Application Services escalation contact for the Service Hub, which serves as the IT front door in line with the firm’s established ITSM framework.

You deliver functional and technical enhancements following established processes for incidents, requests, and changes. You work closely with the Product Management team to ensure supported applications meet operational availability targets, maximise the use of product capabilities, and identify any duplicate functional overlap within the service estate.

You assist with ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery and a smooth transition into the standard BAU support model. You build effective working relationships with colleagues in the Application Services teams and across the wider IT function.

You collaborate with vendors and internal technology teams on product upgrades, issue resolution, and feature requests. You also work European shift hours to ensure support services are delivered within agreed SLAs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you are responsible for resolving technical application issues. You work closely with the Service Hub as the third-level application support team to resolve incidents.

You create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles that provide critical information to front-line Service Hub teams. You perform ticket and trend analysis and manage application backlog lists across the software estate.

You produce MI and reporting packs and engage with suppliers and external partners delivering services. You conduct service reviews and track performance against SLA targets.

You provide application support to projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies and help transition project deliveries into operational service. Quality of service is essential in this role, along with a strong understanding of application development and an appreciation of infrastructure design.
