• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
• Manage HR operations, employee records, and employee relations
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll data, and attendance tracking
• Manage performance appraisal systems
• Drive learning and development initiatives and staff engagement activities
• Maintain company assets and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Support strategic HR planning across the employee lifecycle
• Oversee general administrative and office operations
