Job Summary

Support marketing and administrative functions by managing data entry, coordinating content updates, maintaining databases, and creating brand-compliant digital and print marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Input text-based and numerical data from various sources accurately within specified time limits to support administrative operations
• Coordinate and update marketing content across multiple platforms to ensure consistent and current messaging
• Maintain and manage marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for marketing campaigns
• Design and produce engaging, brand-compliant digital Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and printed materials such as factsheets and seasonal greetings to enhance marketing outreach

Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Scope of Services

Reception Duties

• Manage school front counter services

• Handle visitors, parents, staff, and students, addressing their needs promptly

• Handle queries and complaints via phone

• Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff

• Transfer calls as necessary

• Manage office inventory such as stationery and administrative stores

• Receive and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail

• Handle lost and found process

• Manage loan records of school items (e.g., uniform, umbrella, etc.)

• Provide general administrative support to the admin office

• Data entry and any other duties assigned by the school

Student Service Duties

• Manage student early release (recording and contacting parents)

• Coordinate between Form Teachers and Student Management Team (SMT) on students' movement (e.g., responding quickly to incoming messages, processing them, and alerting the SMT)

• Monitor students' late coming, attendance, and CCA attendance (involving data entry, collating information, and processing)

• Provide real-time attendance information to support SMT

• Manage the student cellphone confiscation process

• Assist in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, and incident recording

• Manage student lift pass issuance

Qualification, Skill & Experience

The personnel shall minimally have obtained 'A' Level qualifications or equivalent, and should preferably possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience working in front counter services

• Experience working in a school environment

• At least 3 years of experience in administration

• Proficient in IT environment, including MS Office and WhatsApp Chat
