Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse)
Salary: $3,200 – $4,800 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse) to provide quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
The successful candidate will assess residents’ needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and person-centred care. The role also involves supporting residents and their families through education, care coordination, and health promotion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assessment
Conduct biopsychosocial and environmental assessments of residents.
Develop and implement person-centred nursing care plans based on residents’ needs and preferences.
Carry out nursing interventions and medication administration in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor residents’ health conditions and escalate abnormalities or changes appropriately.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care.
Ensure a safe and conducive environment for residents’ health and wellbeing.
Participate in advanced care planning discussions when required.
Resident & Community Engagement
Communicate effectively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Provide education and training to residents and caregivers to support health management and self-care.
Promote health awareness and disease prevention through community engagement activities.
Build professional relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Care Coordination
Support residents and caregivers in navigating healthcare services and community resources.
Initiate appropriate referrals based on residents’ care needs.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth care transitions between healthcare settings.
Quality & Operational Support
Adhere to organisational policies, clinical standards, and infection control protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance care standards.
Identify risks or hazards and follow appropriate workplace safety procedures.
Support emergency response protocols when required.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with personal data protection policies.
Professional Development
Participate in continuing professional development and training programmes.
Contribute to a positive learning culture within the nursing team.
Support training initiatives and professional development activities.

Other Requirements
Basic IT literacy.
Able to work rotating shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) and on weekends or public holidays when required.
Professional and presentable at all times in accordance with workplace guidelines.
Ability to communicate with patients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds; additional language skills may be advantageous for patient communication.
