• Handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and staff administration.
• Monitor attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll-related data.
• Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
• Track project manpower, work permits, certifications, and training.
• Prepare HR and manpower reports for project management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation for employees.
• Assist employees with HR-related queries and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree
• Knowledge of work pass application processes and employment regulations will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

• Handle end-to-end administration including billing for programmes during peak period
• Ensure smooth operation of training programmes via virtual classes, face-to-face classes, and e-learning programmes
• Preparation of logistics, materials, and evaluation forms
• Set-up and clearing of training materials
• Procurement of catering and external venues for programmes and events
• Cover duties for team members
• Tracking, packing and mailing of product items
• Engage and work with project teams, associates and stakeholders in the planning and managing of projects
• Provide coordination and administrative support
• Receiving and welcoming of participants and associates
• Assist the group in any other admin/logistic work

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a programme, events, or administrative role
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Organized and meticulous.
• Team player, and able to work under pressure and short deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
