The role

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. This is a hands-on, impact driven role. Working closely with the team lead across all initiatives, you will take ownership of defined workstreams while collaborating on the higher picture - delivering solutions that are actually used by the business. 

Your Tasks will include:

1. Connect and unify data across systems — bridging SAP exports, Excel, and Power BI into integrated, reliable reporting pipelines

2. Build and update Power BI dashboards — designing dashboards that the business actually uses

3. Create efficiency through automation — identifying repetitive workflows and building smarter solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools

4. Support the team's digital agenda — contributing to AI-assisted use cases such as summarization, translation, and structured data collection
