Your Missions

• Factory Experience: Join our inspectors on-site, perform product inspections in factories, and train local teams, while optimizing organizational processes inside the factories.
• Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure our inspection SOPs are followed and client requirements are fully integrated on the ground.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inspections through better tools (physical and IT), AI technologies, inspection protocols, training programs, data management and analysis systems, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with support departments to resolve issues reported by inspectors or clients, ensuring effective and practical solutions are implemented at every level.
• LEAN Projects: Take ownership of selected improvement projects with high-value deliverables aimed at reducing lead times, improving product quality, and lowering costs.
