The role

Love, Bonito's marketing team is creative and energetic. What we are building now is the commercial rigour layer that makes creativity count. Reporting directly to the CEO, you sit outside the marketing pillars and your job is to make sure they are all pointed at the right objectives, on time, on budget, and measurably delivering. You are not here to run campaigns. You are here to ensure every campaign is worth running.

Main responsibilities :

Strategic Campaign Discipline

• Own the briefing standard — every campaign must have a clear objective, hero products, channel plan, and KPIs before it is approved
• Challenge briefs that are idea-led rather than objective-led — ask the hard questions before resources are committed
• Run post-campaign reviews — what did we set out to do, what happened, what changes next time

Performance Analytics & Insight

• Own the weekly marketing performance scorecard — produce one clear, decision-ready CEO view
• Go beyond reporting — translate what the data means and what should change as a result
• Partner with the Data team to improve marketing attribution and measurement frameworks

Budget Management & Dynamic Forecasting

• Own the total marketing budget — track actuals vs plan across all pillars weekly
• Produce a dynamic monthly run rate forecast — flag overspend and reallocation opportunities in real time
• Build quarterly budget reviews with scenario planning for CEO decision-making

Planning Rigour & Timeline Governance

• Own the global commercial marketing calendar — every campaign and launch in one place
• Hold pillar heads accountable to timelines — flag slippage early, escalate when needed
• Manage the quarterly planning cycle — translate strategy into 90-day plans with clear milestones

Cross-Pillar Accountability

• Act as the commercial conscience of the marketing organisation — challenge whether activity is strategically sound and financially disciplined
• Produce a monthly marketing health report for the CEO — performance, forecast, risks, recommended actions
• Drive a culture of analytical rigour — raise the bar on how decisions are made and defended

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–7 years in a commercially rigorous environment — consulting, marketing analytics, commercial finance, or strategy in a consumer or e-commerce business
• Strong financial acumen — owns budgets, builds dynamic forecasts, explains variances clearly
• Highly analytical — builds models, spots patterns, translates findings into decisions
• Enough marketing fluency to challenge a brief — knows what good looks like
• Confident pushing back on people more senior or more experienced than you
• Scale-up experience strongly preferred — comfortable building processes from scratch

The role

This role owns Love, Bonito's commercial growth engine — the full funnel from customer acquisition through to conversion and retention. You are accountable for e-commerce revenue across all markets, the efficiency of every dollar spent acquiring customers, and the lifetime value of every customer we earn. You sit alongside the Senior Manager, Global Campaigns, Creative & Country Marketing, and together — with the Marketing Planning & Performance Manager — you cover the full marketing remit. This is one integrated commercial mandate: acquire, convert, retain.

Main responsibilities :

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

• Own paid media strategy across all markets and channels — with a singular focus on new customer acquisiiton and CAC efficiency
• Manage total paid media budget and channel mix — allocate and reallocate in real time based on performance, not plan
• Lead the paid media team and external performance agencies — tight briefs, clear KPIs, no set-and-forget
• Drive SEO as a long-term earned channel alongside paid acquisition

CRM & Customer Retention

• Own CRM strategy end to end — segmentation, lifecycle flows, loyalty, email, push, and in-app
• Drive repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value as north star metrics alongside CAC
• Ensure CRM and campaign activity are integrated — existing customers always treated differently from acquisition
• Track and report CRM revenue contribution weekly — CRM is a revenue driver, not a communications function

E-Commerce & Conversion

• Own e-commerce revenue and full e-commerce P&L across all markets
• Drive conversion rate optimisation across website and app
• Lead the e-commerce and marketplace team across all markets
• Partner with Technology on website and app product roadmap — prioritise features that directly impact conversion

AI, Martech & Automation

• Own the marketing technology stack — audit, consolidate, and drive commercial outcomes
• Automate what can be automated — CRM triggers, reporting, audience segmentation — free the team to focus on decisions
• Drive AI adoption across the team - champion this and educate wider team
• Evaluate and onboard new martech tools with discipline — every tool needs a clear use case and measurable outcome before adoption

Full Funnel Integration & Analytics

• Own the connection between acquisition, conversion, and retention — no handoff failures between paid, ecom, and CRM
• Build a unified weekly view of the full commercial funnel and use it to make fast reallocation decisions
• Drive a test-and-learn culture — structured experiments, clear hypotheses, fast read-outs
• Produce the commercial numbers that the Marketing Planning & Performance Manager synthesises into the CEO view

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 - 10 years in growth, e-commerce, or performance marketing — owned a revenue number and a P&L
• Proven full-funnel ownership — paid acquisition, conversion optimisation, and CRM simultaneously
• E-commerce P&L experience non-negotiable — understands margin, returns, and fulfilment cost impact
• Strong analytical capability — builds own models, lives in dashboards, makes decisions from data
• Fluent in modern martech and actively using AI to drive efficiency and performance
• Southeast Asia market experience strongly preferred; consumer or fashion brand background preferred

The role

You'll own our global marketing engine — from brand awareness to revenue growth to turning customers into lifelong advocates. As part of our leadership team, you won't just lead a function; you'll help co-create our culture. You partner directly with the CEO on brand direction, strategy and high impact decisions.

• Own end-to-end e-commerce revenues and profitability across all markets
• Drive full-funnel growth — optimise channel mix, reduce CAC, improve LTV
• Partner with Retail to drive omni performance, market awareness, and store traffic

Commercial Calendar & Campaign Discipline

• Lead the annual and monthly commercial calendar — fewer, bigger, higher-impact campaigns

Product Marketing & Brand

• Partner with Merchandising to identify hero products and shape compelling go-to-market narratives
• Oversee creative output — distinctive, consistent, and commercially effective

Growth & Customer Insights

• Scale CRM, paid, SEO, and emerging channel capabilities across all markets
• Drive repeat purchase and LTV through lifecycle and retention strategies
• Leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency — what can be automated, should be

Team & Operating Model

• Lead Global Marketing — Brand, Creative, Growth, E-Commerce — and Regional Marketing teams

• 10–15 years building and scaling consumer, retail, e-commerce, or fashion brands
• Owned revenue and P&L — not just influenced it

About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance) to scale our finance and strategy function. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Manager, this is a high visibility role where you will be primarily working with department heads to drive business performance and support key strategic decisions. You will also play a critical role in translation data into insights, supporting the business planning processes, and facilitating decision making across the Company. 

You should have / be

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into key insights
• Highly attention to details and strong ownership of work
• Self-motivated, independent, and hands-on with a get it down mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Good project management and prioritization skills

Main responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support teams in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Support long term strategic and financial planning
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers and next steps
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking at the global level
• Drive ad-hoc commercial and ROI analysis

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of work experience preferably in FP&A or corporate finance
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail company is a plus

Main Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to customers and offering advice on colour, fit, style and silhouette to best suit their needs
• Promote key styles/new arrivals and bestselling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the sales floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take/stock count exercises.
• Cashiering duties managing the POS system to process payments, and process as any mall loyalty cards/vouchers
• To assist in processing and handling customer online returns/exchanges in-stores
• Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build strong regular customer base.
• Responsible for adhering to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties.
• Work with the store manager to drive sales performance

The role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the production timelines from order to delivery are achieved, whilst working collaboratively across a number of departments. You will need the ability to be both hands on and quick to think on your feet when dealing with our network of Suppliers. This is an exciting and pivotal role in the Product Operations team that requires a go-getter with a positive mindset, have initiative, as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment. 

Main responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure on time deliveries and escalation of reporting where required
• Leverage on existing reporting/production tracking tools to provide effective visibility to internal teams
• Track and manage the pre-production to production schedule, diligently updating all time & action calendars, maintaining an organised and accurate production schedule
• Own production updates and actively participate in weekly updates with external and internal teams
• Work closely with design and product development teams to maintain sample tracking process for all development styles
• Serve as the integral link between factories and internal teams, and manage all vendor communication regarding sampling, orders and production
• Communicate with multiple vendors on a daily basis, ensuring deliveries deadlines are met, and assist with vendor issue resolution when necessary
• Manage end-to-end coordination for photoshoot samples, including follow-up on requests, invoice validation and efficient handover communications with HQ Teams
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working in production, fast-fashion or e-commerce environment highly desirable but not a must
• Excellent English & Chinese (writing and speaking) skills.
• Ability to be diplomatic yet firm with suppliers
• Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders or are a natural excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Diploma or Professional Degree in related field

You Should Have

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Spoken & Written)

The role

People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! As our People Intern, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. You will work alongside the P&C team in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.

Main responsibilities :

Candidate Experience

• Assist in recruitment operations and administration which would include posting of roles, screening of candidates, scheduling and communication with candidates
• Track and analyze recruitment data such as candidate experience, hiring sources and turnaround time

People Experience

• Assist in all internal engagement activities (e.g. Townhall, Festive celebration etc)

Qualifications & Experience

• Available for 6 months internship period
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in People & Culture roles preferred

The role

You will be responsible for assisting the Product Development team in every aspect of the process from daily adhoc administrative tasks to the sorting and preparation of our garments for fitting. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic individual with initiative - one who thrives in a fast paced and exciting environment but can remain calm under pressure.

Main responsibilities

• Support product developers during fitting sessions by preparing the garments before and after each fitting session
• Supporting our daily logistical needs via the packing and unpacking of shipment parcels
• Administrative support related to the inputting of garment information, and preparation of garment peripherals (wash care labels etc)
• Assisting us with ad hoc tasks during fitting and buying sessions
• Maintain our online library of garment costing sheets and graded specs

• At least 6-month commitment
• Diploma/Bachelors graduate or relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good eye for detail, with a genuine interest in products and understanding how the industry works
• Highly organised and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

The role

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and timeline management of returns inbound operations across all 3PL warehouses. While the role is hybrid in Indonesia, the scope is regional, covering returns inbound flows into multiple 3PL facilities and not limited to Indonesia alone.

Beyond returns operations, you will also support inventory management activities, including reconciliation and investigation of inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate stock visibility across distribution centers, ERP systems, and online platforms.

While return operations will be your core responsibility, you will also provide operational support for outbound and inbound operations when required, especially during peak periods or operational escalations.

You will help manage day-to-day DC operations by working closely with last mile operators and 3PL partners, following up on returns processing, ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth warehouse operations across the region.

Main responsibilities :

Returns Processing Logistics & Inventory Management

• Manage the end-to-end execution of returns inbound operations across multiple 3PL distribution centers
• Coordinate the flow of returned inventory from both e-commerce and retail channels into the warehouse network
• Ensure returned inventory is received, inspected, processed, and made available in the system within defined turnaround times
• Work closely with DC teams to prioritize returns receiving and putaway based on operational priorities and inventory needs
• Ensure inbounded quantities are accurately reflected in WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) upon receipt
• Investigate and resolve inbound discrepancies including shortages, overages, mis-receipts, or system mismatches
• Support inventory reconciliation activities related to returns inbounding.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on returns status, delays, and risks to inventory availability
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring operational or inventory issues and work with 3PL partners and internal teams to implement corrective actions

Operational Improvements & Key Initiatives

• Identify and drive process improvements or key initiatives to enhance returns processing efficiency, inventory visibility, and operational accuracy across the warehouse network
• Support the implementation of new operational workflows, system enhancements, or automation initiatives to strengthen reverse logistics capabilities

3PL Operations & Performance Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners on reverse logistics operations, with working knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes
• Monitor and track operational KPIs and SLAs for returns inbounding, ensuring timely processing and adherence to agreed service levels
• Identify recurring execution issues and work with 3PL partners to drive corrective actions
• Conduct root cause analysis for delays or performance issues and drive corrective actions with 3PLs
• Work closely with 3PL partners to continuously improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and returns processing performance
  

Outbound, Inbound and Inventory Support (As Needed)

• Provide operational support for outbound fulfilment and inbound processing during peak periods or issue escalation
• Support DC teams in resolving outbound delays, inbound backlogs, or exception cases
• Assist in root-cause analysis for outbound or inbound-related issues that may impact customer experience
  

On-Site DC Engagement

• Conduct regular visits to the Indonesia DC to review inbound, outbound, and returns operations validating processes and SLAs
• Build strong working relationships with warehouse teams through presence, follow-up, and accountability
• Support on-site execution during critical launch periods or operational escalations
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 year experience in engineering or supply chain field preferred (fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Hands-on experience in supply chain or DC operations, especially 3PL environments
• Strong understanding of inbound operations, with exposure to outbound fulfilment and returns processes
• Experience managing execution across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems in an omni-channel or e-commerce environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory); SQL is a plus
