Responsible of all outbound inventory stocks deliveries to Thomson Medical Centre as well as the Thomson Specialist clinics. Includes managing the goods return from wards, coordinate on any urgent/emergency item request from nursing wards/clinics/departments for after office hours deliveries as well as organizing stocks inventory items in warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Carry out daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and delivering goods.
· Generate pick lists and pack items based on ward requisitions.
· Perform quality and quantity inspections on goods received from vendors and suppliers.
· Conduct regular inventory stock takes to ensure accurate records.
· Monitor inventory expiry dates and ensure timely usage or disposal.
· Prepare pick lists using the ERP Inventory system.
· Deliver and collect patient case notes between wards and the Medical Records Office.
· Coordinate the preparation and delivery of discharge marketing bags to Thomson Medical Centre.
· Provide support in delivery of ad-hoc items for marketing events.
· Organize warehouse storage space and housekeeping
· Undertake any other duties as assigned by Warehouse Lead Supervisor / Department Head
REQUIREMENTS
· ’O’ levels/NITEC
· Min. 1 – 2 years of Logistics/Warehousing experience
· Class 3 Driver License
