Tanggungjawab Utama

Kempen & Strategi:

• Rancang dan laksanakan kempen bulanan dan mega (cth. 11.11, Hari Gaji, Hari Jenama, dll.)
• Cipta mekanik kempen (baucar, pakej, tawaran tambahan, GWP, strategi harga)
• Menyelaras garis masa kempen, aset dan penyerahan platform

Pemasaran & Iklan Prestasi

• Urus iklan Shopee / Lazada (Carian, Penemuan, Afiliasi, dll.)
• Optimumkan iklan berdasarkan ROAS, CPA, kadar penukaran dan prestasi jualan
• Optimumkan kata kunci, kreatif dan peruntukan bajet

Prestasi & Pertumbuhan Kedai

• Analisis prestasi kedai (trafik, penukaran, AOV)
• Kenal pasti peluang pertumbuhan dan SKU yang berprestasi rendah
• Mencadangkan penambahbaikan pada penyenaraian, harga dan promosi

Pelaporan & Analisis

• Menyediakan laporan prestasi mingguan & bulanan

Description:

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our online marketplace performance. This role focuses on campaign planning, platform ads, sales strategy, and execution, rather than basic operations.

You will be responsible for growing sales across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, working closely with management and internal teams.

Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)

Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, onsite

Working hour: 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Strategy:

• Plan and execute monthly and mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11, PayDay, Brand Day, etc)
• Create campaign mechanics (vouchers, bundles, add-on deals, GWP, pricing strategy)
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and platform submissions

Performance Marketing & Ads

• Manage Shopee / Lazada ads (Search, Discovery, Affiliate, etc.)
• Optimize ads based on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and sales performance
• Optimise keywords, creatives, and budget allocation

Store Performance & Growth

• Analyse store performance (traffic, conversion, AOV)
• Identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs
• Propose improvements to listings, pricing, and promotions

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
• Track competitor activities and market trends

Collaboration & Ownership

• Take ownership of assigned platforms and KPIs with minimal supervision
• Proactively identify issues and resolve them quickly
• Collaborate with design, ops, and customer service teams

Skills & Qualifications
